5 to 6 sm. sweet potatoes, mashed
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Durkee dressing (maybe more)
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients. Add more Durkee dressing if too dry for you.
