1 lb. sausage
4 tbsp. chopped onion
4 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
6 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown sausage, onions and bell peppers in skillet. Drain. Line baking dish with 3/4 of the sausage mixture. Combine eggs and sour cream, season to taste and pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 until eggs are semi-set. Stir egg mixture and top with remaining sausages. Bake until eggs are firm. Serves 4-6.
