6 eggs 1 tbsp. oil to each egg (1/2 c.) 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt Flour until thick FILLING: 3 lbs. Ricotti Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 c. parsley flakes 2 or 3 eggs according to softness of cheese 1/2 lb. boiled ham (chopped fine) 1/2 lb. Italian sausage (loose - drained and cooled) Mix all together. Split crust in half. Roll out crust and place on round pizza sheet. Pour filling on crust and put crust on top. When baking and still hot brush with beaten egg yolks. Start oven at 425 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees to cook for 40-60 minutes. |
