EASTER PORKIES 
1 lb. ground cured ham
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. quick cooking oats
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. (packed) brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard

Grind ham and pork together; add next 4 ingredients. Mix well. shape into 12 individual meat loaves. Place in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup water; heat until sugar is dissolved. Bake loaves at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting frequently with brown sugar mixture.
