EASY SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 c. (8 oz. jar) apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
6 pieces chicken breast or 1 sm. cut-up fryer

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat 5 minutes. Put chicken in casserole dish, pour sauce over it, marinate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
