FUDGE BROWNIE PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs, blend in sugar and butter. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts, if desired. Pour into greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into wedges. Serve with scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

HOT FUDGE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. corn syrup
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan combine cocoa and sugar; blend in corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm. Keeps well in refrigerator.
