FUDGE BROWNIE PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Ice cream
Hot fudge sauce

Beat eggs in small mixer bowl; blend in sugar and melted butter. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set; pie will not test done. Cool; cut into wedges. Serve topped with ice cream and hot fudge sauce. 6 to 8 servings.

HOT FUDGE SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and cocoa in small saucepan; blend in evaporated milk and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm.
