RHUBARB-APRICOT JAM 
1 lb. dried apricots, cut in quarters
soak apricots overnight
1 qt. rhubarb, cut fine

Cook apricots until tender. Add rhubarb, cook until done. Measure cooked fruit. Add 1 c. sugar to each cup of fruit. Cook until thick. Pour into sterilized containers. Seal.
