2 egg whites Few grains salt 1/4 c. sugar 1 can crushed pineapple Beat egg whites with salt to soft peaks. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff peaks are formed. Fold in undrained pineapple. Freeze in refrigerator trays until firm, about 2 hours. Serves 6. |
