CHICKEN AND RICE 
10 pieces mixed chicken parts
1/2 c. thin sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 sm. cans mushrooms
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. instant rice

In a large skillet, melt butter, and saute onion, celery and green pepper, when onion is clear, add mushrooms and the 3 kinds of soup, stir in rice. Pour all into a large baking dish, place chicken parts on top, cover with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove foil an bake until golden brown.
