MEXICAN CHICKEN | |
2 cooked, boned chickens 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can chicken broth 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 sm. can chopped green chilies 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. oregano Dash salt Grated cheese 1 bag Nacho cheese chips Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer 1/2 chips in bottom of pan and 1/2 cheese, then chicken and rest of chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot then add rest of cheese and bake until melted. This recipe can be made ahead. |
