SUGARED WALNUTS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. walnut halves
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar, honey and water to soft ball stage, 240 degrees. Remove from heat and add vanilla and walnuts. Stir until thick and creamy. Turn out on waxed paper and separate with fork.
