FROSTED CASHEWS COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 7/8 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. salted cashews, chopped
1 egg

Cream butter and brown sugar, then beat in egg, vanilla and sour cream. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Mix well, then add cashews. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and frost with burnt butter frosting.
