FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. Jello, lemon or any flavor
1 c. boiling water
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream
1 med. banana, diced
1/2 c. grapes, halved
1/4 c. diced maraschino cherries
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain pineapple, measuring juice and add water to make 1/2 cup. Stir pineapple and lemon juices into Jello. Chill until very thick. Fold fruits, nuts and whip cream into Jello. Pour into a loaf pan. Freeze until firm, at least 3-4 hours. May use other fruits (total cups of fruit = 2.)
