SHRIMP DUJOUR 
3 lbs. uncooked lg. shrimp, shelled
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. chopped chives
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan
Seasoned bread crumbs
Drawn butter (optional)

In skillet, saute shrimp in butter with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, chives, parsley, salt and pepper for 5 minutes until almost pink. Place in a large casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Pour butter sauce in which shrimp were cooked over all. Bake in a hot (400 degree) oven for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with rice and drawn butter. Serves about 6 people.
