PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 3/4 c. sifted whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. canned pumpkin

Sift together first 7 ingredients. Blend together remaining ingredients. Add dry mixture. Bake in greased and floured pans at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
