3 or 4 sm. zucchini, grated
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. grated onion or 1 chopped green onion
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. yogurt or buttermilk

Blend all ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls onto oiled skillet, spread into circles. Bake both sides, turning once.. 10 small pancakes.
