SHELLS ITALIANO 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1 or 2 carrots, grated
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. oregano
1 pkg. chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. shell macaroni

Brown meat, onion, celery, garlic and carrots in large pan. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni when sauce is done. Stir cooked macaroni and slightly thawed spinach into sauce. Put in casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
