SHRIMP OR FISH CHOWDER | |
2 c. chopped onion 2 c. chopped pepper (green or red or both) 2 c. chopped celery Saute together and add 1 large can tomatoes. While cooking, peel and chop 5 pounds potatoes. Add to pot with gallon water bring to boil. When potatoes are done, add 2 pounds of uncooked cleaned shrimp, 2 cans of chopped clams, 1 pound scallops. Cook on medium heat. Cook 20 minutes on until shrimp is done. |
