CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 1/2 c. boiling water 1/2 c. sugar 1 pkg. cherry Jell-O 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 2 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. orange juice Mix the Jell-O, gelatin and sugar together and add to boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Then add the cranberry sauce, pineapple, nuts and orange juice. Pour into bowl and chill in refrigerator until firm. Will keep for several days. |
