HERB FINGER JELLO 
4 env. unflavored gelatin
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
4 c. boiling water
4 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. minced parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine gelatins in a large bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add other ingredients. Pour into shallow pan and chill until set. Cut into squares.
