VEGETABLE RANCH DELI SALAD | |
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Bird's Eye deluxe artichoke hearts, cooked, drained, quartered 4 oz. Kraft natural low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese, cubed 1 c. (2 3/4 oz.) rotini or bow tie pasta, cooked, drained 1 med. tomato, chopped 1/2 c. Seven Seas Free Ranch nonfat dressing 1/2 c. halved red onion rings 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate. Makes 8 servings. VARIATION: Substitute Seven Seas Free Italian nonfat dressing for Seven Seas Free Ranch nonfat dressing. |
