SALMON STRATA SUPREME 
3 slices bread, cubed
3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
8 oz. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
12 oz. canned salmon, drained, broken into chunks
1 1/2 c. skim milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. bell pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each pepper, dill & powdered mustard

9 inch square pan (non stick). Place bread in bottom of pan. Layer mushrooms, broccoli, cheese, salmon and remaining bread. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over bread mixture. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered 50-60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut and eat.
