1 c. baked potatoes (sweet)
3 tbsp. shortening
3 c. sifted flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sweet milk

Cream shortening and potato together. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add milk to potato mixture. Then add flour to make a dough like any biscuits. Roll out on floured board and cut biscuits. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
