1 pkg. frozen tater tots
1 c. sour cream
1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery)
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Jack cheese

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes or more. This recipe is great with meat in it, left-overs are a great idea.
