FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 pkg. sugar cookie dough
Flour

Blend a small amount of flour into the cookie dough until it is no longer sticky. Pat dough into a greased 12-14 inch pizza pan or shallow rectangular pan. Bake at 350 degrees until the crust just begins to turn brown. Cool.

FILLING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
Lemon juice
Vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Blend the cream cheese and sugar with lemon juice and vanilla to taste. Add 1 cup heavy cream, whipped, and spread over crust.

TOPPING:

Fresh or canned fruit, such as melon balls, berries, sliced kiwi, mandarin
oranges, peaches, bananas, etc.
1/4 c. apple jelly or apricot jam, melted

Arrange fruit over the filling using concentric circles or your own design. Brush with melted jelly or jam (to prevent discoloration). Refrigerate.
