COCOA FUDGE 
2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Add milk gradually mix thoroughly. Bring to a bubbly boil on high heat, stirring continuously. Reduce heat to medium and continue boiling until when dropped in water it forms a ball or until candy thermometer reaches 235 degrees. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and butter, do not stir. Let sit for 1 minute without stirring. Then stir until it loses it's glossiness or until it starts to thicken. Pour into buttered pans.
