FRUIT PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. flour

Beat butter and powdered sugar. Slowly add flour. Pat into 12 inch pizza pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven until lightly browned around edges. Cool.

STEP 2:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until creamy and spread on crust that has cooled.

STEP 3:
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar

In small saucepan, cook juice, cornstarch and remaining 3/4 cup sugar over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Cool slightly.

STEP 4: (desired fruit)
Pineapple
Oranges
Kiwi
Peaches
Grapes
Halved strawberries

Top pizza with desired fruit. Spoon glaze over fruit and refrigerate until well chilled. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
