CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE JAMBALAYA 
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
1 lg. bell pepper
1 lg. onion
2 pieces celery
2 c. rice (long grain)
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. Tony's Creole Seasoning
1 pkg. smoked sausage
4 pieces chicken breast, cubed
2 cans Campbell's beef broth bouillon

Use exact measurements. Lightly oil bottom of rice cooker. Cut up all ingredients and mix together in rice cooker. Turn on rice cooker for 1 hour or until rice is done.
