HONEY BUTTERED CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. boiling water

Clean, peel and slice carrots into coins. Place carrots into boiling water. Add seasonings. Cover. Bring to fast boil. Then turn to low and simmer 15-25 minutes. Serves 4.
