RICE CRISPY CANDY 
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter (creamy)
6 c. Rice Crispy Cereal

FROSTING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter

Combine syrup and sugar. Cook until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until well blended. Stir in cereal; mix well. Press into a 9x13 inch buttered cake pan.

Frosting: In double boiler melt together 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon butter. Pour over cereal mixture.
