GARDEN ROAST | |
1 1/2 lb. flank steak 2 tbsp. shortening 6 med. peeled potatoes 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. boiling water Stuffing Spread steak with stuffing. Roll and tie it up. Brown in shortening. Put in baking pan, add seasoning and water. Cover. Bake in slow oven for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Add vegetables. Bake until tender. Remove cover last 10 minutes. Brown vegetables. |
