SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. water
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine and mix thoroughly. Form into small balls. Fry in salad oil. Remove from oil.

1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix until well blended. Add the meatballs and let simmer for 1 hour. Yields about 90 meatballs.
