GARDEN CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER 
4 chicken breast halves, boned & cut into 1" pieces
1 tsp. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 env. French's spice your rice chicken & herb mix for rice
2 c. water
1 c. rice (regular)
1 c. sour cream
1 med. stalk broccoli, sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Season chicken with onion salt, brown in butter in skillet 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in rice mix, water and rice. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli, cook, covered 10 to 12 minutes or until most of water is absorbed. Spread with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese. Cook, covered 4 to 5 minutes. 6 servings.
