FUDGY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
2 1/2 blocks (2 1/2 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
3 2/3 c. (1 lb. box) confectioners' sugar

Microwave baking chocolate in small micro-proof bowl on high (full power) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is softened and smooth when stirred. Combine cream cheese and milk in small micro-proof bowl; microwave on high for 30 to 45 seconds or just until softened. Add melted chocolate and confectioners' sugar. About 2 cups frosting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
