2 c. flour
3 sticks butter, cut up
2/3 packed brown sugar
1 pkg. chocolate fudge frosting mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
2 eggs
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine flour, butter and sugar; mix to resemble crumbs. Pat into 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 10-15 minutes. Combine frosting mix and cheese; add eggs, beat until smooth. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle nuts over top.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool, cut. Store in refrigerator.
