CHOCOLATE TOFFEE 
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. light brown sugar
6 oz. chocolate pieces

Spread nuts over bottom of 8 inch square pan. Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour immediately over nuts. Allow to stand for just a few minutes. Sprinkle chocolate pieces evenly on the candy. Cover pan with a bread board to hold in heat. When chocolate pieces are soft, spread evenly. Store in refrigerator. Break into 24 pieces.
