CHOCOLATE NUT CRISPIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
2 c. chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
5 c. crisp rice cereal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

In saucepan combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Blend in peanut butter and butter. Stir in rice cereal. Spread in 9"x13" pan. In heavy saucepan melt chocolate chips over low heat. Spread on top of bars. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
