APRICOT SHERBET | |
1/2 lb. apricots 1 orange 1 lemon 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 qt. water Wash apricots well, cover with water and soak overnight. Cook until tender in the same water and press through a strainer. There should be 1 quart of fruit and juice. Add sugar and water. Syrup may be made of sugar and water. Add strained lemon and orange juice. Pour into freezer and freeze. |
