KING CRAB AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme

Thaw broccoli, saute onions in butter. Blend in flour until thoroughly mixed and then add milk and half and half slowly stirring until thickened. Mash bouillon cubes, add and stir until dissolved. Add seasonings. Stir in crab meat and broccoli and heat through, but do not let it boil. Serves 4 as a complete meal.
