POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef (optional turkey or pork can also be used)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. crushed dried oregano
1/2 to 1 c. sliced mushrooms; optional
1/2 c. tomato pieces, canned; optional
Black olives; optional
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. chopped green pepper; optional
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. cooking oil

Cook meat and onion until meat is brown; drain. Add tomato paste, oregano, 3/4 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper if desired. Add optional ingredients. Transfer to 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, flour, and oil until smooth. Pour over meat mixture evenly and spread carefully with spatula to middle and edges.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Cut into wedges.
