MOLDED COTTAGE CHEESE AND
HORSERADISH SALAD
 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. cottage cheese

Dissolve gelatins in water; cool. Add pineapple, lemon juice, and evaporated milk. Chill until thick and syrupy. Mix nuts, mayonnaise, and cottage cheese together. Stir into gelatin. Pour into mold rinsed with cold water. Chill until set. Unmold. Serves 10-12.
