2 cans creamed corn
1/2 box saltines
1/4 lb. soft butter
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
Salt & pepper

Roll saltines until medium fine. Stir all ingredients together, adding some milk until mixture is of a medium consistency. Put in casserole, sprinkle with paprika and bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
