INDIAN CORN MEAL 
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. self-rising white corn meal
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. pod banana pepper
Salt & pepper (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Can be wrapped and frozen for later use.
