BUSTER BROWN BARS 
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 or 3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 gallon ice cream

Boil the powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and butter for 8 minutes. Mix vanilla wafers and the 1/2 cup melted butter, put into a 9 x 11 or 13 inch pan. Layer on the 1/2 gallon ice cream. Pour chocolate mixture over the ice cream. Freeze at least 5 hours.
