NO - FAIL PIE CRUST 
4 c. unsifted flour
1 level tsp. sugar
2 level tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
1 tbsp. white vinegar
Water

Into a bowl put flour, sugar and salt. Cut in Crisco. Into a measuring cup put egg, white vinegar and enough water to make 1/2 cup liquid. Stir well and very lightly mix with flour and shortening mixture. If necessary, add a bit more water. Chill. Do not handle this or stir any more than you absolutely have to. Roll out.

Makes enough dough for 2 (2-crust) pies or 4 (1-crust) pies.
