WONDERFUL TASTING CHOCOLATE
COOKIES
 
3 egg whites
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. salted crackers or graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. pecans, cut up
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Melt chocolate; beat 3 egg whites stiff but not dry. fold in 1 cup confectioners sugar a little at a time. Fold in 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, the pecans and vanilla.

Fold in the melted chocolate, which has been slightly cooled. Drop by teaspoons on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool and remove.
