SUPREME CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. old fashioned rolled oats
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
18 oz. Hershey bar, cut in sm. pieces
2 c. nuts, chopped (pecans or walnuts)

Cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Set aside. Combine 5 cups old fashioned rolled oats. Blend in food processor or blender until it is a fine powder. Add 4 cups flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix oat mixture with cream mixture. Add chocolate chips and Hershey bar, cut in small pieces. Add 2 cups chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts. Make ball size of walnut. Bake at 375 degrees 9 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from cookie sheet. They should look unbaked when taken out of oven.
