FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Melt butter and mix in sugar and crushed graham crackers and then press firmly into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

PIE FILLING:

3/4 c. butter
1 1/2-2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
2 lg. eggs

Cream butter; gradually add sugar. Beat well after each addition; cream well. Blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time; beat for 3-5 minutes for each egg. Pour into graham cracker crust and allow to cool. Garnish with whipping cream.
