1 lb. sweet or hot sausage (i.e, Parks)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick mix

Mix ingredients together. Form balls. Freeze on baking sheet. When completely frozen, put into a plastic bag. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
